Inflation relief: Inflation has dropped to its lowest level since the early pandemic, signaling a welcome easing of cost-of-living pressures. 

Consumer confidence surge: Sentiment hit a 2.5 year high as Australians grow optimistic that interest rate hikes are over - despite mortgage relief some months away. 

Employment gains: October saw 15,900 new jobs added, with unemployment steady at 4.1%, reflecting a tight labor market crucial for keeping inflation in check. 

Housing boom ahead: Australia’s property market is poised for another surge, with rate cuts expected to fuel competition and push prices past Sydney’s new median house price record of $1,654,668, according to Domain.
