A Bird's Eye View of this Year.

We’re ready to send off another year of remarkable results amidst unpredictability, with the Sydney property market truly reaffirming its unshakeability. This year produced truly record results that have left everyone impressed, particularly sellers who placed their uncertainty aside and trust in us to take advantage of a strong market at peak. 

The pandemic presented us with significant opportunities for growth since it began, and we’ve worked hard to refine our team, and the systems and processes supporting them to deliver the impeccable service they do. 

We’re proud to say we’ve truly advanced this year, doubling our size in all arms of the business across sales, property management and administration.

We experienced a huge increase in off market transactions and premium properties this year, with multi million dollar views and absolute waterfront joining a high performing market of lulled supply, consistently well outweighed by demand.

So what’s next for us? The New Year ahead calls for a new us, and the face of DIB CHIDIAC is changing. We’re excited to launch our fresh and ultra modern new look to coincide with our growing team of skilled superstars, and although we might look a little different in 2022, you can expect the same outstanding results. 

We’ll be delivering an even bigger year of growth and recruitment, setting our sights on expanding our talent, services, and service areas, so we can deliver even more.
